We ship to Europe, the UK, and the US.
All prices on the website exclude shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Processing Time
Your order is typically processed within 24–48 hours (weekdays). Once the order is confirmed and the shipping address is verified, the package will be shipped.
We ship Monday–Friday (excluding weekends, holidays, or during extreme weather conditions that may prevent pickup).
Delivery Time
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
- USA: Expected delivery time 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local carriers, or other external factors beyond our control.
Customs duties, fees, & import taxes (USA)
Orders to the USA are shipped from outside the USA.
- Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- Any charges are paid by the customer in accordance with U.S. customs regulations
Nélhaf is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Status & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.
Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to update.
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact the carrier first.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If something is missing or incorrect in your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our return form
We are investigating the matter and will get back to you within 2–4 business days.
Unfortunately, after 14 days, we cannot be held responsible for missing or incorrect products.
Shipping Address
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Always check that the shipping address is correct when placing your order.
If the address is incorrect and the carrier charges an additional fee for an address change, this cost will be billed to the customer.

Please note:
- Standard shipping does not automatically include shipping insurance, unless otherwise stated
- Nélhaf is not responsible for shipments marked as delivered by the carrier
Liability
We want you to feel secure. If problems arise, we are happy to assist you in contacting the shipping company, but Nélhaf is not responsible for delays or events beyond our control.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package:
- is refused by the recipient
- is not collected from the pickup point
- is returned due to unpaid customs duties
- cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address
the shipment will be returned to us where possible, or handled by the carrier or customs authorities.
Shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional fees are non-refundable.
If the package is returned to us in its original condition and with unopened packaging, the product value will be refunded in accordance with our return policy.
If the package is not returned to us (for example, if it is abandoned, destroyed, or lost during return transit), it will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Duties & Fees
Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the price of the item or the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
For shipments to the UK, the customer is responsible for customs clearance.
