NÉLHAF is a design-focused brand based in Umeå, Sweden. All of our products are developed in our studio where every detail is carefully thought out. We work closely with carefully selected factories in Europe and Asia, where we monitor production and ensure quality control on site. Once the products are approved, they are packaged and delivered directly to our customers. We create high-quality products that reflect our values – products we love ourselves and believe you will appreciate too.
We deliver throughout Europe and to the UK (except Norway). Our shipping partner is DHL .
We use DHL as our logistics partner. Your orders are delivered either to a representative or directly to your home, depending on what suits you best.
Our responsibility ends when your order has been handed over to the chosen shipping company according to the delivery method you have chosen.
However, we want our customers to feel safe - if something should arise, we will be happy to help you contact the shipping company and follow up on the matter.
You have the right to return goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in unopened original packaging.
Please note that a fee of SEK 120 will be charged for unclaimed packages.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for purchase, after we have received and approved the return.
The customer is responsible for the return cost.
If the item is returned for a reason other than a fault we have caused, only the value of the item will be refunded - not the shipping cost.
Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept returns on sale items.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
You can shop with us using Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards that are approved for online shopping via Stripe payment. No additional fees are charged. The amount to be paid is reserved on your card but is only charged when your products are shipped to you. We reserve the right to verify the validity of the payment card, that sufficient funds are available to cover the value of the order and that the holder's address details are correct. We may refuse a purchase based on this information.
