Shipping policy

We ship to Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
All prices on the website are exclusive of shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes, unless otherwise stated.


Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday). Once the order is confirmed and the delivery address has been verified, the package will be shipped.

We ship Monday–Friday, excluding weekends, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions that may prevent carrier pickup.


Delivery time

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days

  • United States: Estimated delivery time 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local carriers, or other external factors beyond our control.


Customs, duties & import taxes (USA)

Orders shipped to the United States are sent from outside the USA.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined according to US customs regulations

Nélhaf is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Order status & tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.
Please note that tracking information may take 1–2 business days to update.

If there are any delivery issues, we recommend contacting the carrier first.


Missing or incorrect items

If an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our return form.

We will investigate the matter and respond within 2–4 business days.
After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for missing or incorrect products.


Delivery address

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or military APO/FPO addresses.
Please always ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order.

If the address is incorrect and the carrier charges an additional fee for address correction or redirection, this cost will be charged to the customer.

Please note:

  • Standard shipping does not automatically include shipping insurance, unless otherwise stated

  • Nélhaf is not responsible for shipments marked as delivered by the carrier


Responsibility

We want you to feel secure with your purchase. If any issues arise, we are happy to assist you in contacting the carrier. However, Nélhaf is not responsible for delays or circumstances beyond our control.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package:

  • is refused by the recipient
  • is not collected from the pickup point
  • is returned due to unpaid customs duties
  • cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address

the shipment will be returned to us where possible, or handled by the carrier or customs authorities.

Shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional fees are non-refundable.

If the package is returned to us in its original condition and with unopened packaging, the product value will be refunded in accordance with our return policy.

If the package is not returned to us (for example, if it is abandoned, destroyed, or lost during return transit), it will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.


Customs & fees

Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
For shipments to the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for customs clearance.
