NÉLHAF is a design-focused brand based in Umeå, Sweden. All our products are developed in our studio, where every detail is meticulously considered.

We collaborate closely with carefully selected factories in Europe and Asia, where we monitor production and ensure on-site quality control. Once the products are approved, they are packaged and delivered directly to our customers.

Can I return a promotional item?

Products purchased at a discounted price or during a promotion are non-refundable. If the product is returned unused, with original packaging, tags, and any hygiene seals intact, you may exchange it for another product or receive store credit equivalent to the purchase price.
