WHERE ARE NÉLHAF PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
NÉLHAF is a design-focused brand based in Umeå, Sweden. All of our products are developed in our studio where every detail is carefully thought out. We work closely with carefully selected factories in Europe and Asia, where we monitor production and ensure quality control on site. Once the products are approved, they are packaged and delivered directly to our customers. We create high-quality products that reflect our values – products we love ourselves and believe you will appreciate too.

We deliver throughout Europe and to the United Kingdom. Our logistics partner is DHL.

We ship all orders within 24-48 hours (weekdays).
Sweden: 1–3 business days
EU: 3–7 business days

Your orders are shipped with DHL and delivered either to a collection point or directly to your home – depending on what suits you best.

Not completely satisfied with your order? You have 14 days to return the item, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
HOW TO RETURN
Place the item in its original packaging.
Pack it carefully in a sturdy outer carton or envelope.
