Silk pillowcases & sleep masks:

Wash by hand or on silk program. Max 30°C, with an enzyme-free, pH-neutral detergent for silk.
Use a laundry bag when machine washing. Low spin, no bleach or fabric softener.
Air dry flat, never tumble dry. Avoid sunlight.
Iron on low heat if necessary, preferably with a pressing cloth in between.

Silk Bonnet:

Wash gently by hand. Cold to lukewarm water (max 30°C). Avoid rubbing.
Let dry naturally. Do not wring – squeeze out the water with a towel and air dry.

Bounce Curl Defining Brush:

Clean with mild soap and lukewarm water. Rinse the brush thoroughly and let it dry with the bristles facing down.
Avoid soaking wooden or metal handles to preserve shape and durability.

NÉLHAF is a design-focused brand based in Umeå, Sweden. All of our products are developed in our studio where every detail is carefully thought out. We work closely with carefully selected factories in Europe and Asia, where we monitor production and ensure quality control on site. Once the products are approved, they are packaged and delivered directly to our customers. We create high-quality products that reflect our values – products we love ourselves and believe you will appreciate too.

We deliver throughout Europe and to the UK (except Norway). Our shipping partner is DHL .

DELIVERY TIME

Standard delivery: 2–7 business days

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We use DHL as our logistics partner. Your orders are delivered either to a representative or directly to your home, depending on what suits you best.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Our responsibility ends when your order has been handed over to the chosen shipping company according to the delivery method you have chosen.
However, we want our customers to feel safe - if something should arise, we will be happy to help you contact the shipping company and follow up on the matter.

RETURN

You have the right to return goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in unopened original packaging.

Please note that a fee of SEK 120 will be charged for unclaimed packages.
