WHERE ARE NÉLHAF PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
NÉLHAF is a design-focused brand based in Umeå, Sweden. All of our products are developed in our studio where every detail is carefully thought out. We work closely with carefully selected factories in Europe and Asia, where we monitor production and ensure quality control on site. Once the products are approved, they are packaged and delivered directly to our customers. We create high-quality products that reflect our values – products we love ourselves and believe you will appreciate too.

We deliver within Europe, the UK and the USA with reliable shipping partners.
DELIVERY TIME
All orders are shipped within 24–48 hours (weekdays).

Delivery takes place to a representative or directly to your home, depending on what suits your address best.

DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES?
Orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to customs duties, VAT or other import taxes when the package arrives in your country. These fees are determined by the respective country's customs authority and are paid by the customer.
For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs fees are charged.
HOW DO I GET A COUPON CODE?
Coupon codes are sent to our customers in our newsletters, so don't forget to subscribe and/or create an account to access our offers. Some discount codes may be sent to specific individuals and may be locked to their personal accounts. Please keep an eye out for code promotions on our social media.
