Where are Nélhaf products manufactured?
NÉLHAF is a design-focused brand based in Umeå, Sweden. All our products are developed in our studio, where every detail is meticulously considered.
We collaborate closely with carefully selected factories in Europe and Asia, where we monitor production and ensure on-site quality control. Once the products are approved, they are packaged and delivered directly to our customers.
We create high-quality products that reflect our values – products we love ourselves and believe you will appreciate too.

We deliver within Europe, the UK, and the USA with reliable shipping partners.
DELIVERY TIME
All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (weekdays).

Sale items can only be returned for store credit or exchanged.

Always save the receipt from the carrier until the return has been processed.

- We do not accept used or opened products for hygiene reasons.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or discounted products.
Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Can I return a promotional item?
Products purchased at a reduced price or during a campaign cannot be refunded. If the product is returned unused, with original packaging, tags and any hygiene seals intact, you can instead exchange it for another product or receive a credit note corresponding to the purchase price. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Do I need to pay customs duties or import fees?
Orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes once the package arrives in your country. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the respective country and are paid by the customer.
For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs duties apply.
How do I get a coupon code?
Coupon codes are sent to our customers in our newsletters, so don't forget to subscribe and/or create an account to access our offers. Some discount codes may be sent to specific individuals and may be locked to their personal accounts. Feel free to keep an eye out for code promotions on our social media.
How do I pay for my order?

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
You can shop with us using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards that are approved for online shopping via Stripe payment. No extra fees apply. The amount to be paid is reserved on your card but will only be debited when your products are shipped to you. We reserve the right to verify the validity of the payment card, that sufficient funds are available to cover the order's value, and that the cardholder's address details are correct. We may refuse a purchase based on this information.
